Convert icons in Mac OS X Yosemite. You can even get the nice blue iTunes icon back for iTunes 12. I hate the new icons in Mac OS X Yosemite - especially the new red iTunes icon.

Go to Finder Applications and open the Office app you want. In the Dock, Control+click or right-click the app icon and choose Options Keep in Dock.
